Description

The Ministry is seeking a vendor to sell and deliver an angler surveying vessel equipped with two four-stroke, counter-rotating, fuel-injected outboard motors, each with a minimum output of 115 horsepower, plus a galvanized bunk trailer package. The motors’ combined horsepower must not exceed the vessel’s maximum rating shown on its conformity plates. The vessel must meet strict hull-design safety criteria for variable weather and support nearshore and offshore survey activities throughout the Ministry’s Lake Ontario management area, from the Niagara River to Lake St. Francis. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Ontario Tenders Portal; the initial contract term is 12 months.
