On-call architectural and engineering services for Tarleton State University

Tarleton State University is seeking firms to provide on-call architectural and engineering services for university projects. - Government buyer: Tarleton State University, part of the Texas A&M University System; Procurement Services & HUB Program. - Opportunity: Establish a pool of qualified, licensed architectural and engineering firms for as-needed projects at the Stephenville campus and other university locations. - Services: May include site investigations, studies, design and construction documents, estimating, technical reviews, procurement and construction support, inspections, and close-out documentation. - Potential disciplines include architecture, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, civil, structural, fire protection, historic preservation, environmental services, code compliance, life safety, sustainability, security, surveying, space planning, and master planning. - Project limit: Projects awarded under the agreement must be under $10 million. Work is not guaranteed and there is no minimum compensation. - OEMs and vendors: No product manufacturers, OEMs, or individual service vendors are named. The opportunity is open to qualified firms.

Tarleton State University is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from qualified architectural and engineering firms. The university intends to establish a pool of qualified vendors to provide professional architectural and engineering services on an as-needed basis. Services will support Tarleton’s Stephenville and other campus locations, and firms must demonstrate competence and qualifications to perform the required services.
