Description

The City of La Crosse is seeking consultant(s) to provide design engineering services for HWY 53 from the La Crosse River to Clinton St. The selected consultant(s) will prepare necessary reports, applications, and permitting materials; facilitate agency coordination; prepare required right-of-way plats; and submit construction plans, specifications, and estimates. Following successful negotiations, the City will enter into a two-party Design Engineering Services Agreement with the selected consultant(s). Responses are due December 1, 2026, at 4:00 PM CST.
