Goose Creek Consolidated Independent School District is seeking a complete, installed coffee-bar serving counter for Lee High School in Baytown, Texas. - Buyer: Goose Creek Consolidated Independent School District (GCCISD), Purchasing Department. - Primary OEM: Mod-U-Serve, for one complete commercial serving counter and its specified components. - Counter requirements include 304-series stainless-steel construction, a 3 cm manufactured-stone countertop with LED front lighting, district-selected tile, a UL-listed stainless-steel utility riser, electrical connections and outlets, a tempered-glass breath shield, six adjustable stainless-steel legs, and a stainless-steel kickplate. - Named equipment supplied separately by the district’s awarded contractor, and excluded from proposer pricing: one Hatco GR2SDS-300 display warmer and one Structural Concepts CN33R-UC refrigerated merchandiser. - Scope includes delivery, labor, materials, installation, coordination, and a complete operational setup. A 12-month limited parts-and-labor warranty is required. - Estimated project value is approximately $150,000. Pricing is secured for one year from award, with a possible month-to-month extension by mutual agreement.
