FERC Biographies (FERC-6) System of Records Modifications

FERC is updating its Biographies (FERC-6) system of records; this is an administrative notice, not a procurement opportunity. - Government buyer: Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), within the U.S. Department of Energy. - Notice purpose: Modifies the existing system of records, previously titled “Biographical Material on FERC Commissioners and Key Staff Members.” - Changes: Adds twelve routine uses and revises one existing use, including disclosures related to responding to actual or suspected data breaches. - Procurement items: No products, services, quantities, part numbers, vendors, or OEMs are requested.

Description

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) is publishing modifications to its existing system of records titled “Biographies (FERC-6),” previously titled “Biographical Material on FERC Commissioners and Key Staff Members (FERC-6).” The notice updates system information and includes twelve new routine uses and one updated routine use, including disclosures related to responding to data breaches. Comments must be received within 30 days after publication. If no comments are received, the modified system of records will become effective at least 30 days after publication, unless FERC publishes otherwise.
