Janitorial services for two Homochitto Ranger District facilities

The USDA Forest Service is seeking janitorial services for two facilities on the Homochitto Ranger District in Mississippi. - Government buyer: U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), U.S. Forest Service, National Forests in Mississippi; Homochitto Ranger District and USDA-FS, CSA East 2. - Service requested: Janitorial services at the Homochitto Ranger District Office and Bude Work Center Office, approximately 8,936 square feet combined. - Weekly work includes restroom and kitchen cleaning, floor care, vacuuming, waste removal, dusting, and cleaning drinking fountains and microwaves. - The contractor provides labor, supervision, equipment, transportation, and most cleaning supplies. The Government provides specified consumables, trash receptacles and liners, disposal sites, and utilities. - Notable requirements: Use biobased cleaning products to the extent feasible; coordinate work outside business hours with the COR. Pricing is requested for all Schedule of Items line items, along with technical approach and past-performance information. - OEMs and vendors: No product manufacturers, service vendors, or prospective contractors are named in the provided materials. - Period of performance: A roughly 10-month base period followed by four one-year option periods.
