Elections Saskatchewan is seeking hotel and event services for meetings and training in Regina and Saskatoon. - Government buyer: Elections Saskatchewan; buyer contact is Aaron Thompson, Executive Director, Corporate Services. - OEMs and vendors: No product manufacturers, hotel vendors, or service providers are named. Elections Saskatchewan’s separately contracted internet service provider is not identified. - Requested services: - Hotel rooms for applicable events, including room blocks of 23 rooms per night for two nights, 25 per night for two nights, 62 rooms for one event, 45 per night for three nights, 42 per night for three nights, and 70–90 on most nights for a larger event, with 15 on its final night. Two training events do not require lodging. - Conference, plenary, meal, breakout, working, and lockable storage rooms for events of approximately 14–160 attendees. Larger events require up to six breakout rooms; training requires six in Saskatoon and three in Regina. - Buffet meals and refreshments where specified, guest parking, and event support. Training events do not require meals. - Audiovisual equipment and support, including projection and screens, microphones, PA, power, and hybrid-meeting capability where needed. - Network infrastructure with dedicated internet circuits of at least 300 Mbps per venue, hardwired CAT5/6 in each room, and wireless access in all rooms without a captive portal. - Notable requirements: Facilities must cooperate with Elections Saskatchewan’s ISP and provide access, cable pathways, room network drops, power, and secure equipment space. AV and network support is required during booking, setup, and teardown; on-site response during sessions must be within 15 minutes. Pricing should include all quoted services and associated costs. Elections Saskatchewan is seeking quotations for hotel accommodations and conference facilities for events in Saskatoon and Regina in 2027 and 2028.
