Supply and delivery of Type 1 and Type 2 reflective glass beads

The City of Regina Procurement Branch is seeking proposals for as-needed delivery of reflective glass beads for traffic markings. - Buyer: City of Regina, Procurement Branch. - Products requested: - Reflective glass beads, Type 1: estimated 24 units annually, measured in 205L drums. - Reflective glass beads, Type 2: estimated 60 units annually, measured in 205L drums; the City intends to assess their suitability during the first year. - Requirements: Both types must meet the performance, composition, packaging, and contaminant requirements in Annex C. Expected order delivery is within 7–10 calendar days; the supplier is expected to make efforts toward same-day emergency delivery for stocked products. - Pricing and evaluation: Firm pricing is requested. Description

The City of Regina is seeking firm pricing for the supply and delivery of reflective glass beads on an as-required basis. The initial agreement term is one year, with the City’s option to extend for up to four additional one-year terms. Proposals are due by email by December 11, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. CST. There will be no public opening.
