North Carolina is seeking residential property acquisition, demolition, and site-restoration services under its Hazard Mitigation Grant Program. - Government buyer: North Carolina Department of Public Safety, Division of Emergency Management (NCEM), Hazard Mitigation. - Projects and scope: - Project 4827-0077: 188 Jamestown Road, Pittsboro, Chatham County. - Project 4827-0050: 313 South 4th Street, Smithfield, Johnston County. - Project 4827-0200: 163 Creek Bend Road, Vass, Moore County; this project is optional. Description

The North Carolina Department of Public Safety, Division of Emergency Management, is seeking bids for acquisition and demolition construction services under the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program. The work covers projects 4827-0077 in Chatham County, 4827-0050 in the Town of Smithfield, and 4827-0200 in Moore County, as described in the attached Scope of Work. Bids are limited to vendors prequalified under 19-RFPQ-2327812727-TMM or 19-RFPQ-1653309857-GSX, and must comply with the IFB and any addenda.
