Description

The City of Mitchell invites sealed proposals for furnishing all materials, labor, supervision, tools, and equipment necessary or incidental to the Corn Palace Plaza Expansion project. Proposals must use the City-furnished forms and be completed and signed by an authorized person. Each bid must include the specified bid security: a check or bank draft for at least 5% of the bid, or a bid bond for 10% of the bid. The bid opening is scheduled for November 19, 2026, at 1:30 PM in the City Council Chambers of City Hall in Mitchell.
