Description

The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to extend Gary LaRose’s lease of approximately 24,360 square feet at Girdwood Airport for an additional five years. The annual rent is $2,362.92, plus any associated fees. Authorized uses include continued use and maintenance of a hangar for private and commercial aviation, including air taxi operations, aircraft parts sales, aircraft maintenance and repair, storage, and tie-down rentals. Written comments must be received by 4:30 p.m. on December 4, 2026; the Department may grant the extension without competition under AS 02.15.090(c).
