The City of Lake Elsinore is seeking a contractor to resurface Hillside Drive and nearby streets under the Hillside Drive Tract Pavement Resurfacing Project. - Government buyer: City of Lake Elsinore, Public Works; City Engineer’s office. - OEMs and vendors: No OEMs, manufacturers, or vendors are named in the opportunity. - Work requested: Cold milling, asphalt overlay and crack sealing, Type II slurry seal, striping and pavement markings, traffic-loop restoration, utility-cover adjustments, reflective pavement markers, and project signs. - Quantities: 445,000 SF of 2-inch milling; 5,563 tons of 2-inch C2 PG 64-10 asphalt; 101,000 SF of Type II slurry seal; 7 traffic loops; 60 blue RPM-921-B markers at fire hydrants; 67 manhole covers and 119 valve covers to adjust; and 2 project signs. Striping and pavement markings are one lump-sum item. - Project streets: Hillside Drive, Corktree Road, Cedar Mesa Drive, Agaliya Court, Aster Lane, Lady Fern Court, Dianthus Lane, Dianthus Court, Zinnia Court, Sundew Court, and Silktassel Road. - Notable requirements: Coordinate with residents and maintain access, provide traffic control, and complete the work within 40 working days after the Notice to Proceed.
