Putnam County School District is seeking qualified plumbing contractors for on-call work across its schools and other facilities. - Government buyer: Putnam County School Board, through Putnam County School District (PCSD); Purchasing Department and Maintenance Department. - Scope: Districtwide plumbing inspection, maintenance, repair, replacement, installation, drain and sewer clearing, and related cleanup. Work is authorized as needed; no minimum volume is guaranteed, and major construction or renovation may be procured separately. - Pricing requested: Hourly rates for master plumbers, journeyman plumbers, and helpers; hourly truck and special tools/equipment charges; materials markup per $100; and separately priced wastewater-treatment-facility sludge removal per gallon when authorized. - OEMs and vendors: No OEMs, product brands, or contractor vendors are named in the solicitation. - Notable requirements: Appropriate plumbing licenses and insurance; compliance with applicable Florida Building Code and school-site safety/access requirements; a 24/7 emergency contact; comparable references including Florida school district work; District approval before subcontracting; and a one-year workmanship correction period.

Putnam County School District is seeking qualified, licensed plumbing contractors to provide on-call services at District schools and facilities. Services may include plumbing repairs, maintenance, replacements, installations, related cleanup, and, when separately priced and authorized, sludge removal at wastewater treatment facilities. Bidders must provide pricing for labor, equipment, and materials; the District does not guarantee a minimum volume of service requests. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Board’s eProcurement Portal.
