Work includes preliminary and final engineering design and bid specifications for safety, multimodal, and environmental improvements such as road reconstruction, stormwater upgrades, landscaping, utilities and lighting, traffic-control devices, and pedestrian, bicycle, and transit facilities. The scope also includes surveying, geotechnical engineering as needed, environmental documentation and permits if necessary, right-of-way support, construction phasing and traffic-control planning, utility coordination, and grant application assistance.
