The City of San Antonio, Department of Resilience and Sustainability, is soliciting proposals for technical and strategic consulting services to develop a Municipal Energy and Water Efficiency and Facility Investment Roadmap. The selected vendor will help identify, evaluate, and prioritize energy and water efficiency opportunities and facility investments in support of the City's long-term sustainability goals.
