USDA is seeking expressions of interest for a succeeding office lease in Rochester, New York. - Agency: U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Marketing and Regulatory Programs Business Services (MRPBS), Minneapolis office. - Requirement: 800–1,000 ANSI/BOMA square feet of contiguous office space, plus one adjacent surface parking space. - Included in rent: All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and tenant alterations. - Procurement approach: USDA intends to award using other than full and open competition. - Expressions of interest: Property owners or managers may submit locations for inspection. Description

The United States Government intends to award a succeeding lease using other than full and open competition for an existing lease for the U. S. Department of Agriculture that is expiring in Rochester, NY. The Government request office and related space yielding a minimum of 800 to a maximum of 1,000 ANSI/BOMA office area and 1 adjacent surface parking spaces.  The space must be contiguous, and all services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alternations must be included as part of the rental consideration. To submit a location for inspection, contact this office by November 9, 2026.  (Submissions by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space).
