Five Druck ADTS upgrades for the Denmark H-60 Program

NAWCAD Lakehurst is seeking five proprietary Air Data Test Set upgrades for the Denmark H-60 Program. - Government buyer: Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Lakehurst, New Jersey. - OEM and named vendor: Druck, LLC, the intended sole-source supplier. - Product requested: Five Air Data Test Set (ADTS) Engineering Change Proposal upgrades, changing configuration from part number ADTS405-8325 to ADTS405-5643. - Program: Denmark H-60 Program, Foreign Military Sales Case DE-P-GBP. - Notable requirement: The Government states it does not own the data rights and a competitive drawing package is unavailable. Other responsible sources may provide information for Government consideration, but the Government decides whether to pursue competition.

Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to release a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to Druck, LLC (CAGE Code 1CE49) on a sole source basis for the procurement of five (5) Air Data Test Set (ADTS) Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) Upgrade(s), P/N ADTS405-8325 to ADTS405-5643, in support of the Denmark H-60 Program, via FMS Case DE-P-GBP. 

The Government intends to procure the above effort under the authority of 10 USC 3204(a)(1), FAR 6.302-1. The Government does not own the data rights. A competitive drawing package for this effort is not available. All responsible source are encouraged to submit a proposal in writing that may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government, not to open the requirement to competition based on the response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
