The U.S. Air Force is seeking deep carpet cleaning for the Defense Language Institute English Language Center at JBSA Lackland. - Government buyer: U.S. Department of the Air Force, Air Education and Training Command; 502 CONS/PKBA. Requiring activity: DLIELC/TRSS/TLF and the 637th Training Support Squadron. - Work locations: Buildings 7535, 7447, 7445, and 7437 at JBSA Lackland, San Antonio, Texas. - Building 7535: approximately 142,000 sq. ft. - Building 7447: approximately 2,151 sq. ft. - Building 7445: approximately 46,237 sq. ft. - Building 7437: approximately 16,327 sq. ft. - Services required: HEPA-filtered vacuuming, stain pretreatment, deep extraction cleaning, expedited drying, wet-floor signage, moving and resetting furniture, and compliant wastewater disposal. - Notable requirements: Cleaning products must meet Green Seal GS-37, UL EcoLogo, or EPA Safer Choice standards. Work is scheduled during building-specific service windows, daily from 0700 to 1600, with no extensions permitted. - Procurement terms: Firm-fixed-price requirement and a 100% service-disabled veteran-owned small business set-aside; award is intended for the lowest-priced technically acceptable responsible offeror. - OEMs and vendors: No commercial OEMs, product brands, or service vendors are named. The original Notice ID is incorrect and unable to be changed. Please use FA301627Q00120001 - 673 TRSS Carpet Cleaning Services. The purpose of this amendment is to (1) correct Addendum to RFO 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Products and Commercial Services. (2) Add Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Clause 52.219-27 Notice of Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business Set-Aside. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. The Defense Language Institute English Language Center has a requirement for carpet cleaning services for buildings (7535, 7447, 7445, and 7437) located at 2235 Andrews Ave, Lackland AFB TX 78236.
