The City of Columbus, Mississippi is soliciting bids for demolition and removal of structures at seven properties in Columbus. Bids may cover one, any combination, or all seven properties, and must provide a separate demolition price for each property included. The awarded contractor(s) must complete demolition, debris removal and lawful disposal, and lot cleanup within 21 calendar days after the City issues its written Notice to Proceed, unless otherwise authorized in writing.
