Michigan is seeking support to develop and implement Adult Protective Services safety and risk assessments. - Government buyer: Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS), through its Lansing issuing office. - Named organization: Evident Change is identified as the organization MDHHS intends to negotiate with. - Requested services: - Develop a Structured Decision Making (SDM) Safety Assessment and Risk Assessment customized to Michigan statute and APS policy. - Provide training and technical assistance for assessment use. - Support continuous quality improvement (CQI) to evaluate the assessments. - Products and quantities: No products, part numbers, or quantities are specified. - Notable requirement: Assessments must be tailored to Michigan’s statutory and APS policy requirements.

Description

The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services intends to negotiate with Evident Change to develop a Structured Decision Making Safety Assessment and Risk Assessment for Adult Protective Services in Michigan. The assessments will be customized for the State in accordance with state statute and APS policy. The work also includes training and technical assistance on using the assessments, plus support for continuous quality improvement to evaluate them.
