Description

The procurement is for two dual-fuel boilers: a 150 HP steam boiler and a 125 HP glycol boiler, each configured for natural gas and No. 2 fuel oil. The work includes delivery, on-site assembly and installation in the boiler room, commissioning, and training; the building will remain occupied, and the boilers must be assembled on site because of access constraints. Delivery is desired before the end of March 2027, with startup in September 2027. Attendance at the November 11, 2026 site visit is mandatory to submit a bid.
