Description
NYSDOL seeks bids from responsive and responsible bidders authorized to resell, or actively becoming authorized resellers of, Eightfold AI Inc. products and services or equivalent products and services. The procurement supports implementation and maintenance of NYS Builds, a statewide workforce lifecycle tracking system for infrastructure projects, beginning with a single pilot project. The system is intended to connect employers, New York State, and job seekers, track workforce needs, availability, and placement throughout major infrastructure projects, and link workforce demand to training pipelines. Purchases will be made as needed under an estimated-quantity contract, and actual contract value depends on utilization. Only New York State-certified SDVOBs may respond.
