Description

The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey is seeking proposals for expert professional planning, architectural, and engineering services for the redevelopment of John F. Kennedy International Airport’s Phase 2 program. Services will be provided on an as-needed basis during 2027 through 2031. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the Bonfire portal by December 4, 2026, at 2:00 PM Eastern Time; emailed, mailed, and hand-delivered submissions will not be accepted. A virtual pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for November 16, 2026.
