Description

The Office of the Texas Secretary of State is seeking proposals for a six-week independent assessment of its Texas Election Administration Management (TEAM) system modernization project. The work is described in RFP No. 3815 and includes the assessment services set out in the solicitation’s scope of services. Proposals are due November 23, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. CST. The estimated value is $250,000.
