The City of Rimouski intends to negotiate a contract with PG Solutions inc. for maintenance and support of its integrated municipal management software suite. The suite supports finance, procurement, payroll, property assessment, permits and authorizations, and municipal court operations, and includes six named software products. Required services include updates, corrections and technical adjustments, assistance with new features or versions, optimization, and technical support. The initial term is three years beginning January 1, 2027, with two one-year renewal options; the estimated amount is $1,500,325 before taxes for the initial term and $2,629,736 before taxes if both options are exercised.
