The purpose of this synopsis is to announce the Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacifics intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to Concisys, LLC. This is a procurement for the following circuit card assemblies: CLIN 0001Description: Circuit card assembly in accordance with NIWC drawings/specifications Quantity: 20CLIN 0002Description: NRE Stencil Quantity: 1The Government intends to negotiate solely with Concisys, LLC under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 1901 as implemented by FAR (Overhaul) 12.102.
