DLA Energy is researching providers for bulk jet-fuel transportation supporting U.S. Forces at military installations across Germany. - Notice status: Request for Information (RFI) for market research only; it is not a solicitation, and no award is anticipated from this notice. - Estimated monthly workload: 71 deliveries covering approximately 5,601 miles. - Eastern Germany: 40 trips and 2,598 miles monthly, from CEPS Depot, Neuburg, to USAG Vilseck, USAG Ansbach, USAG Grafenwoehr, USAG Hohenfels, and USAG Illesheim. - Western Germany: 31 trips and 3,003 miles monthly, from CEPS Depot, Bellheim, to USAG Baumholder, USAG Wiesbaden, Ramstein Air Base, Spangdahlem Air Base, and USAG Kaiserslautern. - Key capability requirements: Dedicated fleet used only for aviation fuel, verifiable FAME-free history, fuel-quality controls, ADR Class 3 tank-certified drivers, and compliance with German regulations and environmental requirements. - Operating capability: Standard service weekdays from 07:30 to 16:30, plus 24/7/365 emergency and surge support; tanker dispatch is required within four hours. - Period and pricing: Performance period is undetermined. Description

This Request for Information (RFI) is issued to conduct market research and identify potential sources capable of providing bulk jet fuel transportation services for United States (U.S.) Forces in Germany. The purpose of this RFI is to gather information on industry capabilities to meet the requirement for fuel delivery services across both Eastern and Western Germany.

This is an RFI only. This is not a solicitation for proposals, and no contract will be awarded from this announcement. The Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI.
