Description

The City of Rimouski intends to negotiate a contract with PG Solutions inc. for maintenance and support of its integrated municipal software suite, subject to this notice process. The suite supports municipal finance, procurement, payroll, property assessment, permits and authorizations, and municipal court, and includes six named software products. Maintenance and support include updates, fixes and technical adjustments, assistance deploying new features or versions, optimization, and technical support. The estimated contract period is three years beginning January 1, 2027, with two one-year renewal options; estimated value is $1,500,325 before taxes, or $2,629,736 before taxes if both options are exercised.
