The City of Fresno’s Capital Projects Department is seeking qualified firms for on-call architectural and engineering support for municipal capital projects. - Buyer: City of Fresno, Capital Projects Department. - Procurement: On-call architectural and engineering consulting for building, facility, site, and infrastructure-adjacent projects, plus planning and programmatic studies. The City anticipates awarding at least five contracts, with a combined maximum estimated amount of $2,000,000 over five years. - Services: Project management and coordination; investigations, assessments, feasibility studies, programming, and master or campus planning; design and construction documents; cost estimating, value engineering, code and accessibility reviews, permitting, and sustainability guidance; bidding support; and construction-phase assistance, commissioning coordination, closeout, and record drawings. - Potential project work: New construction, renovations, expansions, structural and seismic upgrades, building systems, historic preservation and adaptive reuse, demolition, hazardous-materials abatement design, temporary facilities and swing space, and improvements to parking, recreation, athletic, public-safety, park, and open-space facilities. - Notable requirements: Use the City’s standard consultant agreement without modification.
