Equivalent products are permitted. - Products requested: 50 line items covering surgical instruments, dilators, instrument and tube trays, cases, tube caddies, and coated tubular retractors. Most items are quantity 2; tube tray 2 and outer case for non-disposable tubes are quantity 4 each. - Equivalent-product requirements: Quotes for alternatives must identify the manufacturer, part number, and product description and meet the solicitation’s functional and physical requirements. - Delivery: FOB destination to San Francisco VA.
