The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily determines that Hangzhou Ailong Metal Products Co., Ltd. did not establish eligibility for a separate rate and is therefore part of the China-wide entity. Commerce is also rescinding the review for 39 companies because there were no reviewable, suspended entries of subject merchandise during the period.
