Include the power adapter and charging cable. - Support services: Four-year manufacturer warranty and four years of next-business-day onsite support for each desktop, including parts, labor, and travel; four-year manufacturer warranty and at least four years of comprehensive hardware support with next-business-day onsite service for each laptop. - Notable requirements: Equipment must be new, current-generation, delivered assembled and ready for deployment, and Energy Star certified or equivalent. Vendors must be authorized resellers or manufacturers, show relevant enterprise or public-sector IT supply experience, and provide manufacturer-backed support.
