Description

The City of Kelowna is seeking a qualified organization for a long-term partnership to operate the Mission Recreation Park Winter Tennis Facility. The successful submitter will contribute capital toward facility completion and recovery of the City’s investment, supply and install a seasonal air-supported dome, and operate, maintain, and annually remove it. The submitter will maintain the courts and related infrastructure year-round and provide accessible, community-focused tennis programming from October 1 to April 30; the City will operate the courts from May 1 to September 30. Ongoing financial consideration to the City is also required.
