Description

The City of Surrey invites tenders to construct two District Energy System Energy Transfer Stations in newly constructed buildings in Surrey City Centre. The work includes supplying, installing, and commissioning mechanical and electrical equipment, piping, and communication conduit within the DES rooms. An optional scope for Nitrogen Corrosion Protection is included. The contract is based on the MMCD 2019 Edition and the City’s Supplementary MMCD (2024).
