The City of San Antonio is soliciting bids for construction under the 2027 Street Rehabilitation Package 5 – Overlay. Work may include asphalt milling and overlay, seal coat, base and pavement replacement, joint and crack cleaning and sealing, curb ramps, curbs, sidewalks, driveways, retaining walls, speed humps, landscaping, signage, pavement markings, and adjustments to existing utility boxes and manholes. Other work may be required based on site conditions. A pre-bid conference is scheduled for November 12, 2026, and attendance is optional but highly encouraged.
