Description

Alberta Transportation and Economic Corridors requests proposals for preliminary engineering, detailed design, contract tendering, contract administration, construction supervision, post-construction work, warranty inspection, and other work for the 1:18 Safety Rest Area situated within km 48.000 to 54.500. The RFP is limited to three short-listed proponents: Eagle Engineering Corp., Egis Canada Ltd., and ISL Engineering and Land Services Ltd.; submissions from others will be returned without review. Proposals must be submitted as two separate PDF files, one for qualifications and one for the fee proposal, each less than 10 MB. Selection will be based on best overall value, not necessarily the lowest cost estimate.
