REQUEST FOR INFORMATION

Medically Managed Intensive Residential Withdrawal Management (IIWM) Services

The Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA) is conducting market research to identify qualified sources capable of providing Medically Managed Intensive Residential Withdrawal Management (IIWM) services for individuals referred by CSOSA. The Government seeks information regarding industry capability, facility capacity, clinical and medical staffing, licensing and accreditation, geographic availability, transportation, transition planning, performance measurement, and potential pricing approaches.

The anticipated acquisition would include one 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods, for a potential total period of performance of 60 months. Responses will help CSOSA assess the availability of responsible sources, consider an appropriate acquisition strategy, refine performance requirements, and determine whether a small-business set-aside or another socioeconomic strategy is suitable.
