Description

The Town of Braintree seeks a qualified Owner’s Project Manager, as defined in M.G.L. Chapter 149, Section 44A ½, for historic fire station window, door, and access control improvements. The initial scope includes reviewing existing studies, developing a budget, selecting a designer, design development, bidder pre-qualification, bid and award, construction management, and project closeout. Respondents must hold a current Massachusetts architect or professional engineer license and registration, have at least five years of supervisory experience in public building design or construction, and have OPM experience on at least one recent similar project. Responses are due December 2, 2026, at 12:00 PM, submitted via Commbuys or to the Office of the Braintree Contract Administrator; the fee will be negotiated with the selected proposer.
