Hillsborough County Aviation Authority is seeking a firm to operate and manage parking facilities at Tampa International Airport. - Government buyer: Hillsborough County Aviation Authority, through Tampa International Airport’s Commercial Parking and Ground Transportation department. - Scope: Manage the Short Term Garage, Long Term Garage, Economy Parking Garage and Surface Lot, toll plazas, and planned valet parking. Responsibilities include daily operations, customer service, staffing, traffic control, and parking revenue operations. - Technology: The airport currently uses AeroParker for advance parking reservations. No OEMs or prospective service providers are identified in the notice. - Service pricing: Proposals must provide annual management fees for five initial contract periods and two optional renewal periods. A separate attachment also identifies Parking Facilities Management Services without a quantity or part number. - Experience and staffing: Respondents must demonstrate at least three years of simultaneous self-service parking operations at two medium or large airports, with qualifying facility, revenue, operating-hours, equipment, and online reservation-system experience. The proposed Resident Manager must have at least ten years of parking operations experience, including five years at medium or large airports. - Financial and insurance requirements: A $20,000 proposal guaranty is required. Description

The Hillsborough County Aviation Authority seeks proposals from qualified firms to manage parking facilities at Tampa International Airport. Services cover parking facility operations and management, and respondents must demonstrate relevant experience operating and managing parking facilities. The selected Resident Manager must meet the requirements in Attachment A, Exhibit A, Parking Facilities Operating Processes. The contract begins July 1, 2027, with an initial period through September 30, 2028, followed by annual contract years and two renewal years; a mandatory pre-solicitation conference is required.
