The Department of Homeland Security’s Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC) is seeking an IDIQ contractor for construction and related work at its Cheltenham, Maryland facility. - Government buyer: Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC); procurement office identified as FLETC Procurement Cheltenham Office. - Scope: Provide labor, transportation, materials, supplies, equipment, management, and supervision for construction, maintenance, alterations, building repairs, HVAC work, and specialty trades through individual task orders. - Task-order requirements: Prepare proposals, estimates, schedules, and required submittals; perform quality control and closeout; maintain safety programs and follow applicable building, environmental, and safety standards. Description
Requirements of this contract include the furnishing of all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, management and supervision to perform the designated work at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, Cheltenham, MD. The work shall include all changes and repairs indicated thereto, as set forth in the individual task orders. This section and the referenced Technical Specifications for Divisions 1-48 will be a part of any ensuing task order as applicable.
