Holiday decoration design, fabrication, installation, and removal for Little Rock facilities

Little Rock is seeking a vendor to create and manage seasonal holiday decorations across its convention and public facilities. - Government buyer: Little Rock Advertising and Promotion Commission, doing business as the Little Rock Convention & Visitors Bureau (LRCVB). - Requested services: Design, fabricate, install, and remove a coordinated set of holiday decorations. Description

The Little Rock Advertising and Promotion Commission dba Little Rock Convention & Visitors Bureau seeks holiday decoration design, fabrication, installation, and removal services. Decorations are proposed for the Statehouse Convention Center, River Market, Cromwell Building, Robinson Center, and other listed LRCVB facilities; the exact locations will be determined annually. The contract term is two years with an option to renew for five additional years, and the initial term is 13 months from January 2027 through January 2028. Proposals are due November 20, 2026, and an optional walkthrough is scheduled for November 11, 2026.
