Estimated quantities do not guarantee purchases. - Named OEMs and brands: CRC, Ford/Motorcraft, TruFuel, Liquid Wrench, Johnsen’s, GM/ACDelco, Pronto, Trico, ANCO, Duracell, Prime Guard, WIX, and Permatex. - Products: Brake cleaners, oil and air filters, wiper blades, fuels and oils, transmission fluid, antifreeze, batteries, spark plugs, grease, glue, and replacement bulbs. See line items for quantities and available part numbers. - Notable requirements: Pricing must include delivery, with no added delivery or incidental charges. Suppliers must promptly report backorders or discontinued products; substitutions require Massport approval. Out-of-schedule items require an approved pricing method and verifiable documentation. - Delivery locations: Massport sites including Logan International Airport, Boston Fish Pier, Conley Terminal, Worcester Regional Airport, Hanscom Airfield Civil Air Terminal, and Flynn Cruiseport Boston; locations may change.

Description

Massachusetts Port Authority seeks vendor(s) to supply and deliver new, unused automotive parts, fluids, batteries, filters, maintenance supplies, and related products on an as-needed basis for Authority-wide fleet operations. Orders may be routine, priority, or emergency, with delivery to the listed Massport locations; the Authority may add or remove locations during the contract term. The initial contract term is three years, with two additional one-year options at the Authority’s sole discretion, and commencement is scheduled for December 18, 2026. Proposals are submitted through Bid Express, and bidders may price only the items they wish to bid on.
