Description

The Province of Alberta invites proposals for labor, equipment, and materials to renovate and convert a communal-style washhouse into eight single-occupancy, three-piece bathrooms and one laundry/janitor room. The room will include three industrial/commercial stackable washer-dryers. The work must be completed, set up, and commissioned by April 30, 2027. Attendance at the November 13, 2026 information session and site visit is mandatory; responses from proponents who do not attend will be rejected.
