The specifications set station-specific flow, head, power, voltage, phase, frequency, and discharge-elbow requirements; approved equal models may be proposed. - Other requested work: SCADA integration at both lift stations and an additive alternate for a natural-gas-fired backup pump at Scenic Highway 98. - Notable requirements: Use Xypex Admix C-500 in precast manholes and vaults at 2%–3% of cement weight. Helical-pile work includes design and calculations, materials, equipment, labor, soil and groundwater testing, torque testing, and installation. Polymer concrete alternatives must meet structural, waterproofing, and corrosion-resistance requirements; exterior coating is bituminous. - Estimated construction value: $3.5 million–$4.2 million.
