DLA FMWR Seeks Holiday Social Vendors, Sponsors, and Advertisers

DLA Family and Morale, Welfare, and Recreation is seeking merchants, sponsors, and advertisers for a holiday social at Fort Belvoir, Virginia. - Government buyer: Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), DLA Family and Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (FMWR), DLA HQC FMWR. The attachment identifies Marta Picarra Vargues. - Opportunity: Participation in the McNamara Headquarters Complex Holiday Social, with more than 1,000 expected attendees and a broader campus community of approximately 6,000–7,000. - Vendor tables: $250 per table, including one 6-foot table and two chairs. Merchants may offer crafts, holiday gifts, apparel, and other festive goods; vendors provide their own tablecloths, displays, signage, and payment/POS capabilities. - Additional opportunities: Custom event sponsorship packages and advertising placements, including digital signage, printed promotions, and event-directory features; rates are available upon request. - OEMs and named commercial vendors: None identified.

Dear Prospective Vendor, 

The Defense Logistics Agency Family, Morale, Welfare, and Recreation invites you to participate in the 2026 McNamara Headquarters Complex (HQC) Holiday Social, taking place on December 10, 2026, at the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) in Fort Belvoir, Virginia.

This annual event is a prime opportunity for your organization to showcase its products and services directly to a captive audience of over 7,000 Department of War (DoW) personnel, Warfighters, and their families. The HQC footprint is home to four major defense agencies:

Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) Defense Technical Information Center (DTIC) Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA)

The Holiday Social will feature holiday-themed crafts, gifts, artisanal vendor, as well as corporate sponsors and advertisers, creating a highly engaging environment for our defense community. We anticipate an active attendance of 1,000+ personnel throughout the event. 

Participation Opportunities Include:

Vendor Tabling: $250 per table (includes one 6-foot table and two chairs)

Sponsorships: Custom, high-visibility packages to align your brand with the DoW workforce
