Description

The City of Kelowna is seeking a qualified organization for a long-term partnership involving the Mission Recreation Park Winter Tennis Facility. The City will complete the remaining construction, while the successful submitter contributes capital toward completion and recovery of the City’s investment. The successful submitter will supply, install, operate, maintain, and annually remove the seasonal air-supported dome; maintain the courts and associated infrastructure year-round; and provide accessible, community-focused tennis programming from October 1 to April 30. The City will operate the courts from May 1 to September 30, and ongoing financial consideration to the City is required.
