West Long Branch School District is seeking Category 2 internal-connection licenses: 80 HPE Aruba Networking Central AP Foundation 1-year subscriptions or equivalent and 11 HPE Aruba Networking Central Switch Class-2 Foundation 1-year subscriptions or equivalent. Vendors must also provide pricing for 3- and 5-year options. Vendors must have a valid E-rate SPIN and current SPAC, and submit questions and proposals by email to the technical contact. The response deadline is December 1, 2026; the district reserves the right to reject proposals received after December 4, 2026.
