Maconaquah School Corporation is seeking scalable internet access and data transmission for its eligible school locations. - Government buyer: Maconaquah School Corporation, a school district in Bunker Hill, Miami County, Indiana; no sub-agency or office is identified. - Service requested: Symmetrical 1 Gbps internet access, scalable to 10 Gbps, with guaranteed throughput to the head-end at Maconaquah High School, serving six eligible entities. Installation and initial configuration are required. - Included features: Basic firewall service and approximately 32 public IPv4 addresses. Bidders must price additional IPv4 addresses and may provide pricing for an equivalent number of IPv6 addresses. - Pricing and security options: Provide laddered bandwidth pricing. Separately price optional advanced firewall, DDoS protection, and CIPA-compliant filtering; distinguish these from E-Rate-eligible service. Identify recurring and nonrecurring charges, installation or construction costs, and applicable discounts. Fixed monthly recurring pricing without separate upfront costs is preferred. - Technical and service requirements: Describe the service handoff, provider-owned onsite equipment, network pathway, third-party leased lines, resiliency, and DDoS protections. The proposed SLA should address a 99.99% availability target per circuit, packet loss, latency, jitter, 24/7/365 support, two-hour diagnosis, four-hour temporary or permanent repair, chronic outages, and monthly and annual reporting. - Other notable requirements: Proposals should support E-Rate discounted invoicing and reflect Lowest Corresponding Price, GSA pricing, and applicable government discounts. E-Rate funding is a condition of the procurement. Equipment or components from companies identified as national security risks under the referenced FCC order are prohibited. - OEMs and vendors: No service provider, OEM, or other prospective vendor is named in the supplied materials. - Contract term: The materials describe multiple possible terms: a 3- or 5-year agreement is contemplated in one summary, while another lists a 1–4-year range. Extensions may be considered if specified; open-ended and automatically renewing agreements are not acceptable.
