Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and IMF needs a specific laser alignment system for shipyard maintenance and a related display modification. - Government buyer: Department of the Navy / Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), DLA Maritime, Pearl Harbor Competitive Sourcing Division; end user is Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and IMF. - OEM: Easy-Laser — one Generation XT660 shaft alignment system kit (model/part number XT660). The system is specified for checking the flexible coupling between a generator and reduction gear under Model AG9140RF Ancillary Equipment Bulletin 9140RF-039. - Kit contents include an XT12 display, XT60-M and XT60-S measuring units, shaft brackets and chains, extension chains and rods, charging accessories, USB memory stick, measuring tape, quick manual, and carrying case. Component part numbers are listed in the product line item. - One service: remove the camera and LED light from the XT12 display unit. - The specific Easy-Laser system is required because data from another system may not be interpretable by Naval Surface Warfare Centers, potentially causing unnecessary part replacement. The XT660 line item also requires DoD unique identification or an accepted equivalent. - Delivery is requested FOB destination to Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard, Hawaii. THIS solicitation  has a traceability requirement: 

Offerors are required to submit  traceability back to the MFR.  Failure to provide this information may result in your quotation being determined technically unacceptable.

Evaluation criteria is Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). PPIRS will be used to determine vendor responsibility.  Potential contractors will be screened for responsibility in accordance with FAR 9.104.
