The Department of the Navy’s NUWCDIVNPT Code 45 awarded OII continued work on the TETRA system and its subsystems. - Buyer: Department of the Navy, Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT), Code 45. - Awardee/vendor: OII, for a sole-source logical follow-on task order. - OEMs: No equipment manufacturer is identified by name in the provided information. - Scope of services: Continue TETRA system engineering, program management, fabrication, and manufacturing, covering systems, subsystems, payloads, and support equipment. - Includes design and analysis, modifications, sustainment, integration, testing, installation, certification, operator training, logistics, and cybersecurity surveillance. - Also includes configuration and quality management, technical data package updates, reviews, and prototype hardware fabrication, testing, and acceptance. - Products, quantities, and part numbers: No specific line-item products, quantities, or part numbers are provided. - Notable requirements: Work must support the existing NAVSEA-approved TETRA baseline. The justification cites system complexity, transition costs, schedule and mission risks, and the need to continue the work without a disruptive transition. Funding may come from O&MN, OPN, and RDT&E.
